About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Quality assurance leadership
Lead and promote QA and quality engineering best practices within the engineering team
Define, evolve and maintain a "shift-left" QA approach integrated into the SDLC
Act as a quality partner to product and development teams
Identify, document and track quality-related risks through to resolution
Design, develop and evolve automated testing strategies (Playwright)
Define and maintain test coverage aligned with functional and technical requirements
Improve the reliability, maintainability and value of automated tests
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to QA team members
Work closely with developers to improve testability and the quality of delivered solutions
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years' experience in software quality assurance, including a specialization in test automation
Proven experience leading or influencing quality practices
Strong proficiency with Playwright or an equivalent tool
Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern development lifecycles
Proficient with Git (branching, pull requests, code reviews)
Experience with issue tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Use of AI for generating, optimizing and analyzing test scripts and test cases
