About the role
- Own and continuously evolve the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and portfolio priorities.
- Translate business goals, user insights, and data into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making informed trade-offs to maximize value delivery.
- Act as the key product counterpart for engineering, UX/design, data, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and focus.
- Define, track, and act on product success metrics, using data to guide decisions and validate outcomes.
- Gather and synthesize user feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to shape product direction.
- Communicate product decisions, priorities, and progress clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Contribute at a senior level by driving alignment beyond the team when needed and supporting product excellence across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, including at least 2 years in a senior role
- Hands-on experience delivering web and mobile products across the full product lifecycle
- Proven success delivering digital products in an agile environment within a large, scaled organization
- Strong command of agile methodologies; Advanced CSPO or equivalent certification is a plus
- Excellent ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into actionable product requirements
- Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics to inform prioritization and product decisions
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- Strong experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/design, marketing, and business stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong user empathy and a genuine passion for building products that solve real problems.
