About the role

  • Support the People & Culture team across a wide range of Human Resources tasks
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle for our students: from recruiting and onboarding to ongoing support and offboarding
  • Collaborate with Student Leads and organize and support Student Lead workshops
  • Assist the People Partner team on various HR topics
  • Prepare employment references and other legally relevant documents
  • Actively contribute to specific projects within holistic HR management

Requirements

  • Enrolled in Business Administration, Business Education, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • Initial practical experience in Human Resources, e.g., through internships or working-student positions
  • Confident user of MS Office; knowledge of SAP HR is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Independent, structured working style and strong organizational skills
  • Strong team and communication skills and a willingness to help
  • Commitment and passion for HR and a readiness to take on responsibility
