Financial Planning and Analysis

• Provide substantive and organizational support to the Executive Board and the Head of the Finance division
• Address strategic issues and develop concepts in Corporate Finance, M&A, Controlling, Financial Reporting and Tax
• Conceptual development of decision papers and presentation materials for senior management and the Supervisory Board
• Prepare facts and documentation, and create briefings for internal and external meetings
• Coordinate projects with external partners, especially in Financial and Strategic Advisory
• Provide substantive preparation and follow-up for committee meetings
• Support day-to-day operational activities and written communication
