Designer

• Develop and maintain 3D models using Revit software
• Generate 2D drawings and construction plans for commercial projects, including but not limited to permit set plans and 3D models
• Coordinate drawings across trades (MEP, structural, civil) to avoid conflicts
• Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and ADA requirements
• Maintain organized drawing files and documentation in company systems
• Participate in project coordination meetings as needed
• Other duties as assigned
