Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in product management, actuarial, finance, or related roles within the insurance industry
  • Minimum 5+ years in homeowners insurance required
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and strategic initiatives
  • Deep understanding of personal lines insurance and reinsurance, including trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency using data to drive strategic decisions
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex issues clearly for partners and stakeholders
  • Creative thinking, innovation, and continuous improvement mindset
  • Financial acumen and regulatory knowledge
  • Demonstrated customer focus and ability to incorporate feedback into product strategy
