About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage full-cycle recruiting (identify, attract, close) for Colombia international recruitment efforts
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates; educate them on Porch Group services, business teams, and company at large; prepare them for interviews, provide timely, regular, and thorough communications to them regarding the interview process and as well as feedback
- Drive the end-to-end interview process including partnering on the advertised job posting, interview process plan, references checks, and offer approval and negotiation
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally
- Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to create customized sourcing strategies focused on cultivating strong and diverse pipelines of qualified external prospects
- Successfully partnered with stakeholders across corporate functions to deliver hiring outcomes.
- Source active and passive candidates through creative and strategic sourcing methods including but not limited to employee referrals, networking, research, and advanced search tools
- Use data from our ATS to improve our various measures of talent progress, efficiency, and productivity
- Connect with team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping, competitor analysis, and interview best practices
- Supporting a requisition load of 10 - 20 positions full life cycle at any given time
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree (or 4 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of)
- 6+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience; proven experience recruiting for corporate functions and Sales/Go-to-Market (GTM) roles across multiple business teams.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS); Workday Recruiting is strongly preferred
- Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative sourcing tools is a must
- Team player mindset with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities
- Passion for relationship-driven recruiting and a demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships with prospective candidates and hiring managers
- Experience working with global and/or US-based business teams
- Excellent written and communication skills in the English language.
