About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the planning and execution of large-scale programs, managing end-to-end lifecycles, schedules, and resource allocation.
Facilitate trade-off decisions between technical constraints, schedule risks, and business value.
Ensure seamless communication between Product Managers, Engineering, and Business Owners.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact program delivery.
Continually improve delivery processes by defining success criteria, gathering signals from retrospectives, and implementing best practices.
Drive the development and prioritization of program milestones using data-driven insights and health metrics.
Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to ensure alignment on program goals and shared outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, or a related field
+7 years of relevant experience in Program Management or Project Management
Experience driving programs within CRM and Marketplace (B2B & B2C) environments
Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage trade-offs across complex systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive action and measure program health
Experience working with global and/or US based business teams
Excellent written and communication skills in English language.
