About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop new business via mass communication such as email, SMS, and phone to introduce our SaaS solution within the target market.
  • Support sales team on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective customers by sourcing potential leads and passing off qualified opportunities to the sales team.
  • Implement creative ways to engage and build rapport to maintain your book of prospects.
  • Manage data for prospective clients in our CRM, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-3 years of telemarketing and/or inside sales experience, specifically with B2B.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and desire to succeed.
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Prior lead generation experience.
  • Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas.
  • Coachable with an appetite to seek and, most importantly, adapt when feedback is given.
  • The ability to work independently in an environment that changes rapidly.
  • To be adaptable and think outside the box to proactively address potential roadblocks and/or issues.
