- Enter DACODS data into the Unity system, including discharge records, encounter data, and new client surveys
- Review patient lists to identify individuals requiring discharge or data completion
- Accurately document and update patient status based on provided guidance
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with the Grants Team to prioritize and complete assigned tasks
- Communicate progress and flag discrepancies or questions in a timely manner
Requirements
- Experience with data entry in healthcare or behavioral health settings
- Familiarity with EHR systems (Unity preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
- Comfortable working independently with clear task direction
