Financial Planning and Analysis

• Oversees the accounting and financial management functions for IPM South Africa
• Ensures accurate financial reporting and compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and statutory regulations
• Supervises finance staff and supports effective financial oversight, audits, and financial management
• Aims to strengthen local finance capability within IPM SA, including building processes, tools, and team capacity
• Ensures compliance with governing legislation, statutory requirements, organizational policy and donor conditions
• Coordinates with the Office Manager and Controller to complete month-end and year-end close processes
