Support and improve order flow across sales channels, custom OMS, ERP, and 3PL systems
Diagnose and reduce integration failures between OMS and fulfillment partners
Improve order routing logic accuracy and data consistency
Increase visibility into fulfillment status discrepancies
Support light configuration updates within our Microsoft Dynamics environment
Translate business needs into structured system requirements and technical specifications
Author and manage user stories in Jira, including clear acceptance criteria and traceability
Create process documentation and data definitions in Confluence
Support UAT and validation of enhancements across OMS and ERP
Partner with engineering and operations on rollout planning
Investigate ERP-to-OMS data mismatches and operational exceptions
Analyze datasets to identify systemic risk areas or inefficiencies
Build reporting or dashboards to support operational decision-making
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Marketing, and Product
Lead structured requirements sessions
Serve as a systems subject matter resource during issue resolution

Requirements

3-6 years as a Business or Systems Analyst in ecommerce or operational environments
Experience working with OMS, ERP, and fulfillment system integrations
Experience writing and managing user stories in Jira
Strong understanding of multi-channel order flow
Comfort reading JSON/XML and understanding API-based integrations
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI
Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and documentation
Clear, structured communicator with strong problem-solving instincts
