- The Role: The Supply Planner will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely availability components and finished goods essential for our sales processes. This role involves collaborating closely with the Demand Planning team, developing and managing component forecasts, managing and optimizing finished good inventory flow and availability, and implementing process improvements to optimize our supply chain. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for building and refining processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in material/component planning, supply planning, or demand forecasting, ideally in a global manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of planning processes, inventory management, and supply chain best practices.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Proven track record of problem-solving, including identifying supply chain challenges and implementing effective solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and external suppliers.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in the consumer goods or electronics industry, especially with component-based products.
