About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the planning and delivery of complex cross-functional programs from initiation through completion.
Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Align stakeholders on program scope, objectives, priorities, and delivery outcomes.
Enable program execution by proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and maintaining momentum.
Support operational readiness, change management, stakeholder communications, and adoption activities.
Facilitate cross-functional discussions to solve complex business and technical challenges.
Create dashboards, status reports, and executive presentations to communicate program progress and key decisions.
Promote continuous improvements in delivery processes, governance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical discipline.
Experience delivering complex SaaS products or platforms in high-growth software environments.
Proven program management experience, including planning, execution, risk management, and dependency management.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
