Shape and lead development of solutions for HR, IT, Corporate Communications, Sales, Operations, and Internal Communications within Employee Communications
Operate at a strategic level to drive comprehensive solutions marketing strategy that impacts business growth
Partner closely with sales, product management, marketing, and partnerships to position and package platform and solutions
Conceptualize, create, and maintain messaging, materials, processes, and campaigns to enable teams to win in the market
Segment target markets and define ideal customer profile to position solutions
Develop and maintain buyer personas to influence product positioning and solution development
Drive comprehensive competitive analysis and optimize output for functional and sales teams
Work with Product Management to maintain visibility into product capabilities/roadmap and provide market insight
Develop and oversee go-to-market strategies and support cross-functional adoption of solutions
Deliver and execute enterprise sales enablement strategy tied to revenue targets for global sales
Coordinate and help plan joint marketing campaigns (ABM, events, promotions, digital marketing, sales outreach)
Establish, track, and measure KPIs to understand impact of product marketing programs on sales cycles and pipeline
Drive solution thought leadership programs
Report to the General Manager, Employee Communications and influence adoption across the organization
Requirements
Experienced Product Marketing Director with deep understanding of customer needs
Ability to translate customer insight into compelling messaging and go-to-market strategies
Proven ability to deliver commitments on time while achieving or exceeding business goals
Strategic thinker with strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills
Highly collaborative, able to thrive in a geographically distributed environment
Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams and influence without authority
Ability to translate solution benefits and features into actionable sales messaging for targeted customers
Self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and succeed in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment
Strong team player who builds relationships across functions and fosters trust
Customer-driven and analytical, skilled at leveraging data to inform and defend decisions
