About the role
- Support the New York sales team in outbound prospecting efforts, including calls, emails, and research
- Learn how to identify key decision-makers and build targeted prospect lists
- Assist in generating interest in Popmenu by communicating our value to prospective clients
- Shadow and gradually participate in outreach conversations with restaurant operators
- Help schedule product demos for Account Executives by qualifying and routing interested prospects
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and client interactions
- Collaborate with team members to refine messaging and improve outreach effectiveness
- Participate in training sessions to develop sales, communication, and objection-handling skills
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a business, sales, communications, or related program
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to engage with new people
- Eagerness to learn and develop sales and business development skills
- Positive attitude and resilience when facing challenges
- Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
- Interest in sales, SaaS, or the restaurant industry
