About the role

  • Own and manage a territory of restaurant and hospitality prospects across North or West London.
  • Generate new business through a mix of outbound prospecting and handling inbound leads.
  • Run the full sales cycle: discovery, tailored demos, proposals, and closing deals.
  • Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop multi-threaded relationships with decision-makers (owners, operators, GMs).
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene (Salesforce).
  • Partner with Client Success to ensure a seamless onboarding experience post-sale.
  • Represent Popmenu at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in **quota-carrying B2B sales**, ideally in SaaS or hospitality technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and close business independently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset — comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and the hunger to consistently exceed expectations.
  • A genuine passion for restaurants, hospitality, and technology.
