About the role
- Test with precision: Meticulously test the Popl Dashboard and mobile app to ensure all updates, features, and bug fixes perform flawlessly.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to communicate issues and verify fixes.
- Support our users: Provide frontline support to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and help users get the most out of Popl.
- Streamline feedback: Organize and prioritize feature requests and bug reports to help guide our product roadmap.
Requirements
- Someone who has extreme attention to detail (In your application mention “EATD”)
- A self-starter who is enthusiastic, great with people, skilled in trouble shooting, and excited to become our newest Popl expert.
- General tech support experience with SaaS products
- Ability to troubleshoot technological difficulties
- Ability to work with our SQL backend (training provided)
