About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the full recruitment process within your scope, from gathering hiring needs through onboarding new employees (multi-skilled crew members, Shift Managers and Managers)
  • Identify hiring needs with operational teams and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Write and publish job postings across relevant channels.
  • Source, pre-screen and evaluate candidates (individual interviews and group assessment sessions).
  • Actively participate in job fairs, recruitment events and job-dating sessions.
  • Ensure a fast, smooth and impactful candidate experience.
  • Build candidate pools to support our growth and new openings.
  • Handle administrative follow-up for hires.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new employees in collaboration with field teams.
  • Monitor probation periods and support operational managers in decision-making.
  • Manage recruitment KPIs within your scope and provide regular reporting.
  • Contribute to identifying high-potential candidates during recruitment.
  • Support the development of both internal and external talent pools.
  • Support discussions on internal mobility and career development paths.
  • Contribute, at your level, to retaining recruited talent.
  • Travel regularly across France to support openings, recruitment campaigns and on-site needs.
  • Build close relationships with operational teams to understand their challenges and provide effective support.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Human Resources, business school or equivalent
  • Proven first experience in recruitment, ideally in retail, hospitality/restaurant or multi-site environments
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment is a strong plus
  • Strong mastery of sourcing and selection techniques
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Preference for fieldwork and fast-growing environments
  • Good command of digital recruitment tools and ATS (TeamTailor)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
