Multisite Operational HR Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruitment & onboarding: participate in recruiting team members, manage administrative onboarding, and monitor probation periods
- Employee administration: track residence permits, coordinate occupational health visits, and handle administrative personnel changes
- Payroll & time management: ensure schedule compliance and verify timekeeping
- Manager support: advise managers on HR matters and assist with disciplinary procedures
- HR development & training: monitor training programs and contribute to career management
- Employee relations: maintain close proximity to teams and anticipate sensitive situations
- HR reporting: build and monitor HR reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (business school, Master’s in HR or equivalent)
- Approximately 2 years of successful experience in an operational HR role
- Experience in dynamic environments such as retail, large-scale distribution, or restaurants, with multisite/network management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Agility, responsiveness and proactivity
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Interest in the food sector
