About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Recruitment & onboarding: participate in recruiting team members, manage administrative onboarding, and monitor probation periods
Employee administration: track residence permits, coordinate occupational health visits, and handle administrative personnel changes
Payroll & time management: ensure schedule compliance and verify timekeeping
Manager support: advise managers on HR matters and assist with disciplinary procedures
HR development & training: monitor training programs and contribute to career management
Employee relations: maintain close proximity to teams and anticipate sensitive situations
HR reporting: build and monitor HR reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (business school, Master’s in HR or equivalent)
Approximately 2 years of successful experience in an operational HR role
Experience in dynamic environments such as retail, large-scale distribution, or restaurants, with multisite/network management experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Agility, responsiveness and proactivity
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Interest in the food sector
