About the role

  • You strengthen software development teams in the consistent application of Scrum or LeSS, contributing to higher productivity and quality.
  • You actively improve information flow and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Through coaching and mentoring you promote the further development of the team’s agile working practices.
  • You independently identify impediments and develop appropriate solutions.
  • You support the team in self-organization and in achieving the sprint goals.
  • Together with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches, you drive the advancement and company-wide optimization of agile practices, ensuring a shared and clearly aligned approach.

Requirements

  • You hold a university degree.
  • You have more than three years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development projects.
  • Strong communication skills as well as excellent coaching and facilitation abilities are among your strengths.
  • You have a solid understanding of agile values, principles and methods and can explain and establish them.
  • Ideally, you also have experience as a project manager or business analyst.
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
