About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop safe, durable and operator-friendly cabin solutions for modern forest machines
- Design and integration of window glazing, ensuring visibility, safety and reliability in challenging operating conditions
- Design of window wiper systems
- Mechanical integration of HVAC systems into cabin structures
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in R&D, testing, and production
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering
- Solid background in steel structure design
- Practical engineering mindset and ability to solve real-world challenges
- Good collaboration skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders
- Fluent communication skills in both Finnish and English
- Experience or strong interest in cabin design is considered an advantage
- Knowledge of window glazing solutions and their requirements
- Experience with polycarbonate and other polymers, including window adhesives
