Key responsibilities & impact

Assist Tribal Members in attaining self-sufficiency and healthy lifestyles through access to Tribal and community resources
Promote Tribal and cultural heritage by connecting Ponca members with services, resources, and programs available
Build relationships with Ponca members within assigned district to promote services, build trust, and foster open communication
Assess needs of Ponca members which includes conducting intake activities and home visits

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associates degree in a human services, related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education
Two years experience in case management or advocacy
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs
Valid driver’s license and insurable
Must successfully pass drug and alcohol testing, motor vehicle, education, character, and criminal background checks
