- Responsibilities include HR Records Management (contracting, onboarding, offboarding), Benefits Administration (health insurance, retirement plans), Employee Relations, Event planning (annual Christmas party), Compliance and Policy Implementation, Data Reporting and Analysis.
- Requirements include 3+ years of HR experience, knowledge of HR processes, strong organization, excellent communication, proficiency in HRIS (Rippling preferred) and Google Suite, confidentiality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Administrator, HR Generalist or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS (Rippling preferred) and Google Suite.
- Ability to quickly grasp and navigate technical aspects related to HRIS and other relevant tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
