About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, research, and reach out to potential customers, engaging with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to connect with key decision-makers
  • Maintain and update CRM records with lead activity, interactions, and progress
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts and optimize lead conversion
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer pain points to tailor sales messaging effectively
  • Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special project tasks as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years in sales or business development (preferably for a staffing or recruiting agency)
  • Professional written and verbal fluency in English
  • Outstanding sales knowledge, interpersonal problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Permanent access to a computer with reliable and high-speed Internet connection
  • Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift
