• Create, analyze, and visualize foundational data to improve the lives of moms and babies
• Become an expert in Pomelo’s patient care and clinical outcomes data and help build the data culture

Product Manager

• Develop and ship practical features that augment clinical decision-making, automate administrative work, and surface the right information at the right time to drive better patient outcomes.
• Hold yourself and the team accountable for moving key business metrics like clinician efficiency, quality gap closure, and patient engagement.
• Get in the weeds with clinicians and operators through deep shadowing, interviews, and data analysis to understand workflows and unmet needs.
• Transform evidence-based clinical protocols and operational needs into intuitive, seamless product experiences.
• Scope and build product features, making data-informed decisions to focus on what matters most for patients and the business.
• Ensure every feature for internal teams is evaluated for impact on the patient experience.
• Work as a core member of a focused team, partnering with product peers, engineering, design, clinical, and operations to rapidly ship, test, and iterate.

Sales Development Rep

• Be responsible for generating high quality net new opportunities through strategic cold calling, personalized email sequences and targeted social selling
• Deliver value-driven messaging that engages and entices prospects
• Work closely with Account Executives and marketing to formulate personalized messaging and collateral
• Secure meetings with employer buyers at all levels, from C-suite executives to benefits leaders

• Serve as Senior Product and Privacy Counsel advising product, AI, privacy, and compliance initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, clinical, operations) to provide practical legal guidance across the product lifecycle, including product development, UI/UX, feature releases, and AI-powered initiatives
• Partner with General Counsel to mature responsible AI governance program balancing business goals, regulatory compliance, and ethical considerations
• Monitor and analyze new and evolving AI regulations and provide timely updates and actionable insights to leadership
• Review and advise on consumer-facing marketing materials and campaigns for advertising and consumer protection compliance
• Serve as key legal resource on privacy and data security matters; partner with compliance to build and mature privacy program, advise on data flows, risk assessments, policies, and HIPAA/state consumer privacy compliance

• Grow and accelerate Pomelo’s partnership pipeline, expanding our opportunities to serve patients
• Source, track, and manage our pipeline of health plan and employer opportunities
• Conduct research on prospective partners, health plan priorities, and relevant state policy changes to inform pipeline opportunities and engagements
• Analyze pipeline data and develop operational processes to accelerate conversions
• Develop presentation and proposal materials for strategic partnership opportunities

Account Executive

• Own the end-to-end sales process for large and jumbo employers
• Drive market demand and craft tailored prospect and buyer-level strategies and proposals
• Secure meetings with employer buyers at all levels, from C-suite to benefits leaders
• Position Pomelo’s value proposition and tailor approaches based on competitive insights and buyer needs
• Assess and engage decision-makers, influencers, and champions with persona-specific strategies
• Work collaboratively with channel partners (national/regional health plans, benefits consultants)
• Drive and achieve sales goals and manage the full sales cycle
• Travel as needed for conferences, prospect meetings, and broker/consultant engagement

Strategic Account Executive

Director

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of high-performing APPs delivering high-quality care to our patients
• Monitor quality of care and performance across a team of APPs, identifying training opportunities at both the individual and team level
• Work with nurse educators and care operations to roll out additional trainings across the APP team
• Support the team in addressing barriers to care identified by patients and/or the care team
• Hold the team accountable for improving outcomes through increasing patients’ uptake of population health programs and protocols
• Provide insights about frontline care and opportunities for process improvements to leadership and multi-disciplinary stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for professional growth for each individual on the team and support them in working toward those goals
