About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Planning and executing the influencer marketing strategy
  • Building and scaling a creator community of micro-influencers, ambassadors, and affiliates
  • Developing community-led growth programs that turn micro-influencers into long-term brand advocates
  • Booking D2C influencer campaigns (Stories, Reels, and TikTok)
  • Booking retail influencer campaigns for dm, Rossmann, Müller, and Budni
  • Planning and executing branding and awareness campaigns
  • Managing the affiliate marketing program
  • Managing and growing the DACH, Italian, French, and UK markets
  • Negotiating creator collaborations and contract terms
  • Building long-term creator partnerships
  • Planning and executing creator events in Berlin
  • Project management for retail activations
  • Budget planning and budget control
  • Forecasting and offer planning
  • KPI monitoring and performance analysis
  • Building and evolving dashboards
  • Data analysis using Excel, pivot tables, and reporting tools
  • ROI and revenue analysis of influencer campaigns
  • Leading an international influencer marketing team across Germany, France, and Italy
  • Serving as the point of contact for operational and strategic questions
  • Conducting regular feedback and development conversations
  • Owning recruiting processes and employee onboarding
  • Optimizing and introducing new processes and workflows
  • Developing new influencer marketing concepts
  • Close collaboration with Performance Marketing and Brand Marketing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, ideally in a beauty D2C & B2B brand environment
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role
  • Fluent in German (C1+) and English (business fluent). Both are required for day-to-day work
  • Proven track record of managing large creator volumes in a structured, KPI-driven way
  • Experience with budget responsibility and campaign ROI analysis
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing creator/agency contracts
