About the role
- Manage end-to-end payroll for 6 payrolls across 5 international locations
- Coordinate payroll activities through ADP, including data uploads, validation, troubleshooting, and communication with ADP support teams
- Ensure every entity is compliant with state and federal taxation laws, including salary, benefits, and final pay requirements
- Process full employee lifecycle changes (new starters, terminations, variations, and leave) in line with Awards, agreements, and local legislation
- Review, validate, and reconcile payroll reports, resolving any discrepancies promptly
- Prepare payroll tax, superannuation/pension, and termination calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations
- Support audit processes by preparing and supplying required documentation during interim, half-yearly, and year-end audits
- Provide regular payroll reporting, respond to queries, and build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and regional managers to ensure seamless payroll delivery across all countries
Requirements
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience in Australia and New Zealand
- Experience in at least one of the following preferred: UK, Singapore, or Hong Kong
- Strong, practical experience using ADP payroll systems (GlobalView, Celergo, Payforce, ESS)
- Demonstrated ability to interpret payroll legislation, including Awards, industrial instruments, and company policies
- Proven track record of maintaining high compliance standards and supporting internal and external audits
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
