About the role

Cultivate and champion our global network of developers, traders, and market creators.
Guide external teams through integrations with Polymarket's APIs.
Source and nurture partnerships with crypto protocols, research institutions, media partners, and complementary platforms.
Build deeper relationships with market creators, liquidity providers, and institutional participants.
Run our ecosystem grants program end-to-end.
Serve as the voice of our external community within Polymarket.

3–5+ years in developer relations, business development, or ecosystem growth within crypto, DeFi, or emerging tech environments
Deep web3 fluency — you understand blockchain mechanics, smart contracts, and decentralized systems beyond surface level
API-first mindset — comfortable working with REST/GraphQL APIs, troubleshooting integrations, and guiding partners through technical implementations
Hands-on technical skills in Python or TypeScript for testing, debugging, and building proof-of-concepts
Polymarket familiarity — knowledge of our existing APIs and platform, or demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new technical systems
Exceptional communication — can translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, from developers to executives
Bonus points: Background in prediction markets, trading platforms, or quantitative finance
