About the role

  • Cultivate and champion our global network of developers, traders, and market creators.
  • Guide external teams through integrations with Polymarket's APIs.
  • Source and nurture partnerships with crypto protocols, research institutions, media partners, and complementary platforms.
  • Build deeper relationships with market creators, liquidity providers, and institutional participants.
  • Run our ecosystem grants program end-to-end.
  • Serve as the voice of our external community within Polymarket.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in developer relations, business development, or ecosystem growth within crypto, DeFi, or emerging tech environments
  • Deep web3 fluency — you understand blockchain mechanics, smart contracts, and decentralized systems beyond surface level
  • API-first mindset — comfortable working with REST/GraphQL APIs, troubleshooting integrations, and guiding partners through technical implementations
  • Hands-on technical skills in Python or TypeScript for testing, debugging, and building proof-of-concepts
  • Polymarket familiarity — knowledge of our existing APIs and platform, or demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new technical systems
  • Exceptional communication — can translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, from developers to executives
  • Bonus points: Background in prediction markets, trading platforms, or quantitative finance
