About the role

  • Provide paid, hands-on experience across a broad in-house legal platform
  • Engage with emerging technologies (prediction markets, blockchain, digital assets, and AI)
  • Work on data privacy and cybersecurity
  • Handle commercial contracts and negotiations (including marketing and partnership agreements)
  • Deal with cleared derivatives and commodities regulation
  • Participate in federal, state, and international litigation

Requirements

  • Have successfully completed their first year (1L) at an ABA-accredited law school
  • Be in good academic standing
  • Demonstrate strong research, writing, and analytical skills

  • Interest or exposure in FinTech, blockchain, and digital assets
  • Interest or exposure in Artificial intelligence and emerging technologies
