  • Curate & clarify: Continuously tighten wording on live markets and publish clarifications
  • Audit resolutions: Review resolved markets for consistency, source integrity, and adherence to rule spirit
  • Build pipelines: Turn raw events into recurring, scalable market categories
  • Monitor the internet: Track trends, bubbling stories, and key events to ensure Polymarket stays first to what matters
  • Build playbooks: Systematize best practices for rule drafting and dispute handling
  • Monitor industry standards: Track regulatory guidance and peer platforms to keep Polymarket ahead of compliance risk
  • Experiment: Pilot new formats and market types to push the frontier

  • Fast decision-making: You thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Forecasting fluency: Bonus if you’re familiar with crypto, sports, or political markets
  • Experience in prediction markets, sports-book operations, compliance, or exchange rulebooks
  • Background in law, risk, journalism, or dispute resolution
  • Product instinct: You think in systems and user flows, not just content
  • Ability to script or automate QA tools (SQL, Python, etc.)
  • Networked in key verticals (sports, politics, crypto, etc.)
  • Personal trading or market-making history on Polymarket or similar platforms
  • Prior startup or high-agency team experience
