About the role

  • Execute manual tests on features and medium-complexity fixes
  • Use artificial intelligence tools to accelerate quality validation (scenario creation, requirements analysis, risk identification, and support for automation)
  • Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, identifying scenarios, risks, and impacts
  • Create, detail, and prioritize bugs and improvements with clear descriptions and evidence
  • Maintain and evolve test cases, increasing coverage and quality
  • Support junior testers by sharing QA best practices
  • Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders
  • Actively participate in agile rituals (planning, daily stand-ups, review, and retrospective)

Requirements

  • Intermediate knowledge of QA practices and methodologies
  • Experience with manual software testing
  • Experience using AI applied to QA (automation, test creation, requirements analysis, and process acceleration)
  • Ability to translate requirements into well-defined test scenarios
  • Experience documenting and evolving test cases
  • Good communication, organizational skills, and critical thinking
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team
