About the role
- Support internal IT operations and optimize the email infrastructure based on Exchange Online, including email security
- Deploy and maintain Windows servers as well as manage identity and access using Active Directory / Entra ID
- Contribute to the design of the existing and future network architecture (firewall, switch and Wi‑Fi) and monitor network performance and availability
- Independently analyze and resolve 2nd- and 3rd-level issues in a solution-oriented manner
Requirements
- Completed vocational training and several years of professional experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of current Exchange Online infrastructures as well as Entra ID / Active Directory
- Experience automating tasks with PowerShell
- Excellent communication skills, an analytical and pragmatic working style, and willingness to work in a collaborative environment
- Very good English skills and good German skills
