About the role
- Support internal IT operations and optimize the email infrastructure based on Exchange Online, including email security
- Provision and maintain Windows Servers and manage identity and access via Active Directory and Entra ID
- Contribute to the design of existing and future network architecture (firewalls, switches, and Wi‑Fi) and monitor network performance and availability
- Independently analyze and resolve 2nd- and 3rd-level issues in a solution-oriented manner
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree and several years of professional experience
- Extensive knowledge of current Exchange Online infrastructures as well as Entra ID and Active Directory
- Experience with automation using PowerShell
- Excellent communication skills, an analytical and pragmatic working style, and a willingness to work in a collaborative environment
- Very good English and good German language skills
