About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyse customer processes and design optimised workflows within the product to align with business goals.
- Conduct thorough internal User Acceptance Testing using a structured testing‑criteria matrix to validate the accuracy of all processes within a web application.
- Build and implement complex configurations, automation, and data flows within the platform.
- Collaborate with Project and Implementation Managers during onboarding and expansions to assess technical requirements and define implementation plans.
- Create and maintain detailed configuration and workflow documentation for both internal and customer use.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to customers and internal teams on solution design and best practices.
- Gather feedback from customer implementations to inform product enhancements and internal processes.
- Assist with any third-party software integration, i.e. cameras used per program, printing operation and hardware, local network and folder sharing etc
- Upkeep certification and adhere to all Information Security Policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years experience in solution architecture, systems configuration, or technical implementation roles.
- Ability to interpret complex process maps and business rules and convert them into working systems.
- Experience working with configurable platforms, workflow engines, or enterprise software solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. A high level of technical, written literacy.
- Knowledge of Windows Server technologies; RDP, IIS configuration, server roles and features.
- Knowledge of SQL server database technologies. Cloud platforms, virtual machines, networking basics and storage
