Key responsibilities & impact

Support the collection, processing, and analysis of test data
Contribute to developing data processing strategies, improving analysis workflows
Ensure high-quality data outputs across a variety of testing environments
Lead post-processing and analysis strategies for field-collected test data
Process and analyze large datasets using tools such as nCode GlyphWorks or comparable platforms
Develop, maintain, and automate data processing workflows and scripts
Support instrumentation setup, including installation, calibration, and validation of sensors
Instrument vehicles and components for durability and performance testing
Operate prototype vehicles and data acquisition systems during testing activities
Plan and execute data collection efforts, including coordination of field testing activities
Generate clear and concise technical reports documenting test procedures, results, and conclusions
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment of data outputs with test objectives and quality standards
Continuously improve test methods, data processing efficiency, and analysis quality
Maintain and communicate project timelines, priorities, and progress updates

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in test engineering, data analysis, or a related technical role
Experience with data processing tools such as nCode GlyphWorks or similar platforms
Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for data analysis and automation
Experience with data acquisition systems such as Somat eDAQ or comparable systems
Hands-on experience with instrumentation and sensor integration
Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in electrical systems and data acquisition
Ability to work effectively in both independent and team-based environments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Travel up to 25%, including remote testing locations
