About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategy and execution of quality systems analytics.
Oversee reporting, dashboards, and data integrity across core Quality Management Systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Define and execute enterprise QMS analytics and reporting strategy.
Analyze quality system data to identify trends, systemic issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of global quality data.
Translate complex data into actionable insights and presentations.
Lead management reviews of QMS performance and recommend improvements.
Mentor and develop quality analysts and support training on quality systems and best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Operations, or a related field required.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or quality environments.
Demonstrated experience with quality systems, analytics, or Lean methodologies.
Proven leadership and project management experience.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI.
Experience applying statistical analysis or data analytics techniques preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to leadership.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems, and make informed decisions.
Ability to work effectively in evolving environments and adapt to changing priorities.
