About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the strategy and execution of quality systems analytics.
  • Oversee reporting, dashboards, and data integrity across core Quality Management Systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Define and execute enterprise QMS analytics and reporting strategy.
  • Analyze quality system data to identify trends, systemic issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of global quality data.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and presentations.
  • Lead management reviews of QMS performance and recommend improvements.
  • Mentor and develop quality analysts and support training on quality systems and best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Operations, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or quality environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with quality systems, analytics, or Lean methodologies.
  • Proven leadership and project management experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI.
  • Experience applying statistical analysis or data analytics techniques preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems, and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in evolving environments and adapt to changing priorities.
