Regional Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a Regional Account Manager for the Southern Region within Polaris Adventures
- Manage and grow a portfolio of outfitter and dealer relationships across a defined region
- Partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to onboard new accounts
- Maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities to expand business performance
- Use data, structured processes, and consistent communication to support outfitter success
- Monitor account performance by tracking key metrics, identifying process gaps, and ensuring adherence to program standards
- Develop and present business reviews that highlight performance trends and growth opportunities
- Act as an escalation point for account-related issues, providing resolutions and maintaining strong partner relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field of study, or an Associate’s degree with equivalent working experience
- Minimum of 5 years of client relationship management or account management experience
- Demonstrated experience managing relationships across multiple organizations or locations
- Experience leading projects and/or teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering presentations or training
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across diverse groups
- Experience managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to analyze challenges and provide solution-oriented recommendations
- Ability to interpret data and trends to inform account strategies and business decisions
- Candidates must live within a reasonable distance (60 minutes) from a major metropolitan airport, preferably near the Dallas/Ft. Worth metropolitan area
- Ability to travel within the assigned region greater than 50% of the time.
