About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a Regional Account Manager for the Southern Region within Polaris Adventures
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of outfitter and dealer relationships across a defined region
  • Partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to onboard new accounts
  • Maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities to expand business performance
  • Use data, structured processes, and consistent communication to support outfitter success
  • Monitor account performance by tracking key metrics, identifying process gaps, and ensuring adherence to program standards
  • Develop and present business reviews that highlight performance trends and growth opportunities
  • Act as an escalation point for account-related issues, providing resolutions and maintaining strong partner relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field of study, or an Associate’s degree with equivalent working experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of client relationship management or account management experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing relationships across multiple organizations or locations
  • Experience leading projects and/or teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering presentations or training
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across diverse groups
  • Experience managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to analyze challenges and provide solution-oriented recommendations
  • Ability to interpret data and trends to inform account strategies and business decisions
  • Candidates must live within a reasonable distance (60 minutes) from a major metropolitan airport, preferably near the Dallas/Ft. Worth metropolitan area
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region greater than 50% of the time.
