Support Polaris’ Digital & Information Technology (D&IT) organization
Maintain and improve the company’s IT compliance and identity governance practices
Work closely with infrastructure, application, and audit teams
Assess risks, strengthen controls, and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks
Contribute to core compliance processes
Conduct IT General Controls assessments
Identify control gaps and support remediation planning and execution
Facilitate CMMC Level 2 audit readiness
Provide training and guidance on governance, security, and control best practices
Collaborate with D&IT teams, Internal Audit, and business partners
Monitor the control environment to identify emerging risks
Track, analyze, and drive remediation efforts for control deficiencies
Provide documentation and coordination support for internal and external auditors
Review Service Organization Controls reports from third-party vendors

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
2+ years of experience in IT audit, compliance, enterprise risk management, or governance
Experience working with external audit firms or supporting public company IT audits
CMMC audit experience is highly desirable
Experience with Active Directory, Windows Servers, IBM OS/400, Microsoft SQL Server, ServiceNow, and SailPoint IdentityIQ
Familiarity with Identity and Access Management tools and auditing of internal and vendor-supported applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple compliance initiatives under time constraints
Experience working in a global organization is a plus.
