About the role
- Independently conceptualize, plan, and deliver events, trade fairs, and participation in industry conferences
- Lead or support B2B event projects in close collaboration with marketing, sales, partner management, and other stakeholders
- Create, manage, and optimize event budgets while ensuring cost efficiency
- Develop and execute event promotion strategies, including invitations, landing pages, and social media content
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure high-quality event delivery
- Track and analyze KPIs to evaluate event success and report results to marketing leadership
- Leverage digital marketing channels such as email campaigns, social media, and digital event platforms
Requirements
- Degree in marketing, event management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proven experience in planning and executing events
- Experience in IT sector is an advantage
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital event technologies
- Excellent communication skills (Swedish and English)
- Strong teamwork mindset, and a hands-on, problem-solving approach
