About the role

  • Independently conceptualize, plan, and deliver events, trade fairs, and participation in industry conferences
  • Lead or support B2B event projects in close collaboration with marketing, sales, partner management, and other stakeholders
  • Create, manage, and optimize event budgets while ensuring cost efficiency
  • Develop and execute event promotion strategies, including invitations, landing pages, and social media content
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure high-quality event delivery
  • Track and analyze KPIs to evaluate event success and report results to marketing leadership
  • Leverage digital marketing channels such as email campaigns, social media, and digital event platforms

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, event management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proven experience in planning and executing events
  • Experience in IT sector is an advantage
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital event technologies
  • Excellent communication skills (Swedish and English)
  • Strong teamwork mindset, and a hands-on, problem-solving approach
