Virtual Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Calendar management: Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar across multiple time zones (ET/UK), including prioritization, scheduling, rescheduling, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with executives, partners, and customers
- Organize and manage executive travel (flights, hotels, transfers, itineraries, last-minute changes)
- Handle inbox/email support, including professional drafting and follow-ups
- Support communication and coordination via Slack, WhatsApp, email, and calls
- Assist with expense tracking, receipts, and basic administrative support
- Handle urgent requests quickly and efficiently with strong attention to detail
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience supporting senior executives as a Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant
- Strong experience with calendar management and scheduling across time zones
- Strong experience in executive travel coordination (international travel preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly responsive, reliable, and able to manage urgent last-minute changes
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
- Availability aligned with Eastern Time Zone (ET) and/or UK Time Zone
