About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 global technical support on a shifted schedule
- Own the full employee onboarding and offboarding lifecycle
- Administer the full identity lifecycle across core SaaS stack
- Manage the complete global hardware lifecycle
- Own and maintain the full office infrastructure environment
- Manage the office multimedia and conferencing environment
- Execute customer-facing security questionnaires and vendor assessments
- Monitor and maintain endpoint health across our EDR and MDM environments
- Conduct security risk assessments on new SaaS applications
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years in IT Operations or Systems Administration within a global high-tech environment
- Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, configuring, and deploying macOS and Linux systems
- Proven experience managing the full IT employee lifecycle
- Proven experience managing device fleets via enterprise MDM platforms (JumpCloud, Jamf)
- Solid understanding of enterprise networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewall policies)
- Hands-on experience in security operations
- Ability to work a shifted schedule to provide dedicated overlap with US business hours
- Fluent English (written and verbal) is mandatory
