Key responsibilities & impact

Build AI-powered systems that augment Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and HR — including lead enrichment pipelines, outreach automation, CRM intelligence, internal reporting agents, and more.
Own end-to-end automation for GTM and G&A functions -from scoping business requirements to designing, building, and maintaining production-grade workflows and tools.
Develop standalone applications and internal tools that allow business teams to operate independently, without relying on the core engineering team.
Design and maintain data pipelines that combine our GTM and G&A tech stack with our product’s core analytics data and capabilities — ensuring clean, structured, and accessible data flows across systems (CRM, marketing platforms, Customer Data, HRIS, etc.).
Identify high-leverage automation opportunities by working directly with GTM and G&A stakeholders, translating pain points into scalable technical solutions that leverage AI extensively.
Prototype fast and ship to production — moving from idea to working automation quickly, then iterating based on real usage.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in a data engineering, or GTM engineering role, ideally in an AI-native / B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environment.
Strong hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar.
Proficiency with AI-native development and an ability to design prompts and pipelines that deliver reliable, production-grade outputs.
Strong understanding of data concepts - APIs, webhooks, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and SQL.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where requirements evolve and you'll need to make pragmatic decisions with incomplete information.
Strong communication skills - you can translate between business stakeholders and technical systems, and you know how to ask the right questions before you start building.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and basic DevOps operations, including experience with application deployment.
