About the role
- Design and drive the practices, rituals, and operating models that create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation across engineering, product, and UX.
- Align approach and practices with enterprise culture frameworks, values language, recognition and engagement strategy.
- Coaches Product & Engineering leaders on team dynamics, ownership, and execution mindset.
- Align with enterprise leadership development philosophy, programs, and tools.
- Partner with the CPTO and leadership team to continuously optimize operating model decision-making, collaboration, and processes to maximize impact.

- Proven track record of building high-performing teams across diverse contexts
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to define and measure organizational performance.
- Passion for creating environments where talent thrives and business impact accelerates.
- Experience establishing systems that foster both creativity and disciplined execution at scale.
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and influence skills with leaders and teams.
- Proficient with Agile Methodologies at both team and program levels.
