About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct thorough reviews of contract documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Proven ability to manage high-volume contract review workloads.
Accurately input contract details into CLM and CRM platforms.
Maintain and update the CLM database.
Regularly validate key information within existing agreements.
Detect and report discrepancies in contracts.
Work closely with legal and compliance teams.
Maintain organized records of all reviewed contracts and documentation.
Use technology and AI to improve contract operations.
Take ownership of assigned work and meet deadlines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

College level education required. Paralegal, law clerk or similar experience and education is a bonus.
Experience with contract operations, CLM systems, CRM platforms, data validation, reporting, legal operations, or technology-enabled contracting processes is strongly preferred.
Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
Data Entry Proficiency: Skilled in accurately entering high volumes of data into contract management and CRM systems.
Contract Analysis: Competence in interpreting contractual terms and conditions.
Knowledge of Contract Management Tools: Familiarity with CLM systems and CRM software.
AI Fluency and Responsible Use: Ability to use AI tools thoughtfully and responsibly.
Reporting and Data Validation: Proficiency in generating reports and analyzing contractual data.
Organizational Skills: Capability to manage and prioritize a high volume of contracts and tasks.
Work Ethic and Discipline: Hard-working, reliable, self-motivated, and disciplined.
Learning Agility: Quick learner with the curiosity and initiative to understand contract processes and stakeholder needs.
Communication and Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
