About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates
- Partner with internal clients to drive recruitment processes
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies
- Consult with the Recruitment group on sourcing strategy and selection criteria
- Provide high-touch experience for every candidate
- Manage reporting for client groups
- Lead and participate in recruitment or HR projects as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in software or technology
- A solid understanding of recruitment processes
- A natural ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience working across multiple geographies
- Proven experience in assessing, qualifying, interviewing and screening potential candidates
- Strong sourcing skills using a variety of web based tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Proven ability to take initiative and adapt quickly
