About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinating activities related to project creation, data cleansing & investigation
- Working with multiple department teams through the entire project lifecycle
- Supporting the implementation of new tools, policies, and processes
- Reporting directly to the Sr. Resource Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Post-secondary education in a related area to Project Management/Administration
- Fully proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and other PM tools.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while meeting multiple deadlines.
- Experience with Salesforce and Kantata
- Project Management certification an asset – PMP/CAPM
- Good understanding of the activities related to project cycles as established by the PMBOK & Project Management Institute
- AI Fluency and/or use of M365 Copilot
