About the role
- Manage and execute data updates across Salesforce using Data Loader
- Maintain data integrity and support data migration efforts
- Support Billing Automation Project by creating and maintaining billing-related objects
- Partner with RevOps leadership to improve billing processes
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Support data visualization and reporting needs
- Manage Gong-related support requests and stakeholder communication
- Develop and maintain SOP documentation for key processes
Requirements
- Intermediate proficiency in Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, object management)
- Experience using Salesforce Data Loader for bulk data operations
- Strong Excel skills (data manipulation, analysis, reporting)
- Experience managing operational workflows and data processes
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
- Experience documenting processes and maintaining SOPs
- Experience with Smartsheet (workflow creation and management)
- Familiarity with Gong (user support and troubleshooting)
- Exposure to Marketo and marketing operations workflows
- Experience with LeanData (routing, matching, data management)
Benefits
- This is a contract role paid in an hourly rate
- The offer range is $35.81 - $39.80 CAD per hour
- Not eligible for benefits or paid time off
- Receive another 4% per hour in lieu of these benefits
