About the role
- Respond to customer inquiries using a case management application, acting as a trusted advisor to drive solution adoption and help customers achieve their objectives, thereby maximizing business value.
- Assist customers in identifying how PointClickCare products can address their critical business challenges
- Reduce product and logo churn by effectively identifying, managing, and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with other teams as needed to address customer inquires.
Requirements
- Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio through prioritization, attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Experience with Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, project management & time management skills
- Experience with Gainsight and NetSuite an asset
- Exposure to LTC (Long Term Care) industry/technology or experience with EHR (Electronic Health Records)
