About the role

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of SNF Administration product suite
  • Lead cross-functional product delivery across clinical, operational, and financial domains
  • Focus on improving administrative efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer outcomes
  • Shape and deliver AI-enabled capabilities
  • Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities aligned to customer needs
  • Partner with leadership to align roadmap priorities with organizational strategy
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding SNF administrative workflows
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and market insights
  • Define product requirements, epics, and user stories in collaboration with engineering and UX teams
  • Drive delivery from discovery through launch and adoption
  • Manage trade-offs across scope, quality, timing, and risk
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Engineering, UX, Data and Analytics teams

Requirements

  • 5+Years Product management experience in healthcare technology, preferably in Senior Care or Post Acute space.
  • Proven experience owning complex products end-to-end
  • Experience delivering products that leverage data, analytics, automation, or AI
  • Strong understanding of how AI can be applied to enterprise software and operational workflows
  • Ability to translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare, Engineering (Preferred, not required)
  • Experience in post-acute care, long-term care, or skilled nursing environments
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and interoperability, including interop standards such as HL7
  • Understanding of payer models such as PDPM and managed care
  • Experience partnering with data science or platform teams in regulated environments
  • Experience using analytics or AI-enabled tools to support product decision-making
  • Independently owns a significant product area with minimal supervision
